Stakeholder Engagement
Engaging your business or organisation effectively with the stakeholders that influence your day-to-day and future business is critical to long-term success. In an increasingly competitive commercial world, planned stakeholder engagement based on a central marketing strategy is far more effective than ad-hoc reactive activity.
Stakeholder engagement has been an important part of our work since our foundation in 1997. This work is always driven by stakeholder mapping and analysis and a shared stakeholder strategy which can carry projects through the communication process. Many of the models we use with public and private sector clients have been developed by Lodestar for our client work and help us at the outset to have a better understanding of stakeholders and their agendas. Good analysis creates a sound platform upon which to develop consistent and targeted communication.
Lodestar offers a range of stakeholder engagement activities for large organisations and membership associations including partner or sponsorship programme management, development of industry networks and contacts, delivery of think tanks, conferences, briefings and other events, as well as marketing support and advice.
