Strategic marketing
and communication

“We have been very impressed with Lodestar’s professional approach. Their research has been incredibly thorough, helping us form a much better understanding of the market place in general.”
René Nel, Finance & Office Manager,
Buying Force

Lodestar worked with The Queen’s Club, London in 2008 to assist them with the gathering of relevant and salient information from their 1400 strong membership. Keen to develop and improve their sports facilities, they carried out an extensive Master Plan Development Questionnaire.

The questionnaire focused on what their members wanted from the club and their differing opinions on the areas Queen’s Club needed to develop. Lodestar collated, analysed and re-presented the results and interpretation of findings back to the client through a series of recognised marketing research methods.

The Queen's Club was established in 1886 and was the first multipurpose sports complex ever to be built, anywhere in the world. It hosts the famous Stella Artois and British Open tennis tournaments annually.
