Julie Fitzsimmins, Founding Director

As one of the two founding directors of Lodestar, Julie Fitzsimmins has worked within the commercial retail real estate sector for over 15 years and possesses an unrivalled knowledge of the sector. Julie has been instrumental in developing the ICSC European network and has worked with all of the top European, African, Middle Eastern, CEE landlords, investors and agents successfully delivering business development opportunities, marketing strategies, sales and partnerships.

Julie is also a certified GRI trainer and as such, she has supported organisations such as Nestlé, Rockwool, Deloitte and the FSC in their sustainability reporting process.



Judith Powling, Founding Director

As a founding Director, Judith has extensive experience in developing and delivering marketing and communication activity within the utilities, construction, design, leisure industries, as well as the public and third sectors. An important part of this includes the development and delivery of stakeholder engagement programmes and securing funding to support the delivery of communication activity. As a fellow of the RSA, Judith is a member the Communications Sub-Group for an RSA initiative on environment and sustainability awards.



Laurence Bachellerie, Consultant

Laurence Bachellerie is a multi-lingual international marketing and PR consultant with over 15 years’ experience in corporate and B2B public relations, campaign leadership and strategy development across a broad range of industries, including retail property, IT and architectural lighting. At Lodestar she focuses on developing and leading the communication and PR business.



Gail Boucher, Consultant

As one of Lodestar trainers for the certified GRI G4 training course, Gail Boucher provides sustainability consultancy services and training to corporate and public sector clients. She advises them on their corporate sustainability programmes and stakeholder engagement plans, assists in identifying material issues and supports their reporting process. Prior to working at Lodestar Gail managed the Corporate Citizenship and Sustainability communications for Nortel and was instrumental in Nortel becoming one of the London 2012 Olympic Games’ Sustainability Partners



Cristina Alonso, Marketing Manager

Cristina has 10 years’ marketing experience from B2C and B2B, ranging from FMCG to the leisure industry, with a 6-month spell working at the 2012 Olympics on workforce transport hospitality coordination and management. 



Grace Williams, Senior Marketing Executive

Grace focuses on marketing and stakeholder engagement primarily for our utilities' clients. Grace event manages the Water UK Leakage Conference and City Conference, bringing together key decision makers and stakeholders to inform the development of better policies for water. Grace is also the contact for the Water UK partnership programme. 



Niamh Murphy, Marketing Executive

Niamh Murphy joined Lodestar directly from university as a Marketing Assistant to work on our developing retail property client portfolio, supporting on and offline communication campaigns. Whilst at university Niamh worked with the online gift and rewards company AllGo! working on a weekly e-zine and campaigns running across all social media platforms.
