Water UK Asset Management Forum 2007
Water UK has been working hard to address how the changing climate will affect the water industry and how such risks are mitigated and managed.
The second Asset Management Forum Workshop for 2007 took place on Tuesday 20 November and examined these issues in the context of asset management planning.
During the afternoon Water UK partner MWH outlined the outcomes of Water UK’s recent research into climate change adaptation for asset management planning. The resulting toolkit includes: a practical checklist of climate change impacts, adaptation response options and a detailed list of assessed information sources.
