Lodestar Ladies Team takes to the high seas…
As reward for great work and commitment to the business over the past year, the Lodestar team spent a day learning to sail together on a sparkly new Beneteau 40.7’.
In the capable hands of Britannia Sailing, the team was given a comprehensive safety briefing and explanation of the difference between bow and stern before setting sail for Cowes! Great team work meant that with despite only light winds, the entire crew and skipper arrived safely in port several hours later.
Given the choice of helm, winch and foredeck, everyone had a chance to try their hand onboard and compare notes at the end of the day. The day was a winning combination of sailing and strategy and comes highly recommended for company team building.
