Water UK Customer Operations Forum
Lodestar on behalf of Water UK have worked with the industry to develop a new Customer Operations Forum designed to bring together the water industry and its key customer and consumer stakeholders to share best practice and exchange knowledge on key operational issues.
The Water industry is committed to improving the service it provides for its customers and consumers and with customer expectations changing due to issues such as climate change and water resources, water companies have a complex task to balance legislative needs, regulatory requirements and demands from shareholders with their customers' needs. The forum will enable debate and discussion between industry customer specialists and importantly will draw on customer expertise from other sectors.
Each year the Forum will have two live events – workshops with presentations and facilitated breakout sessions. Additionally members can discuss issues and share ideas on their online network, hosted on Water UK’s website.
