Water UK Customer Operations Forum Workshop

The second workshop of Water UK's new Customer Operations Forum met on Monday 26 November to explore the design of utility bills and discuss the consumer experience and priority.

David Duckworth, Customer Affairs Manager for Bristol chaired the event and was joined by:
