Lodestar is currently working with senior board members of SNPC to manage and deliver the application of HLF funding for a total of £21million to support the development of a world class photographic centre celebrating Scottish photographic history and practice.
As well as driving the development of a strategic business plan for the project from internal agreement through the ongoing HLF process, Lodestar secured agreement from the client for the development of a stakeholder communications strategy. This will inform the development of the business plan, ensuring stakeholder buy-in and alignment with the project’s aims and aspirations, securing high-level ‘buy-in from key decision makers, and managing the ongoing HLF application process.
