Lodestar have once more been commissioned to conduct extensive members’ and non-members survey for the British Council of Shopping Centres (BCSC).
Creating the survey, delivering it, collecting and collating the responses and then analyzing the results of 10,000 people are all part of the Lodestar teams’ set of skills.
BCSC represents retail property activity in the UK and works with its membership to provide a forum for networking, research and representation to Government and developing partnerships.
