Queens Club Membership Survey
Lodestar is currently working with Queen’s Club in the follow up of the Master plan Development Questionnaire.
The questionnaire focused on what their members wanted from the club and their differing opinions on the areas Queen’s Club needs to develop. Lodestar conducted telephone interviews in order to analyse further the specific views of its members. From the research carried out Lodestar have been successful in collating and analysing the results and in presenting the findings back to the client.
The Queen's Club was established in 1886 and was the first multipurpose sports complex ever to be built, anywhere in the world. It is widely renowned as one of the premier Lawn Tennis and Racquets clubs in the world. Throughout its history, the Club has been an exceptional sporting venue, and today hosts the world famous Stella Artois Championships, the World Rackets Championships and leading Real Tennis events, including the British Open.
