ISG Technology
Lodestar have recently completed detailed communications and business strategy plan for leading fit-out contractor ISG’s new ISG Technology division.
Producing a range of detailed reports detailing potential clients, key competitors and general market trends, Lodestar worked closely with ISG senior management to identify the business priorities to prioritise for the coming 12 months, and provided a full communications plan encompassing networking activities, events, direct mail, PR and advertising activities for 2009.
As a direct result of this work, ISG plc have already successfully been awarded a major, £9 million contract for Guy’s and St Thomas’s hospital and have a full agenda of business development activity to expand ISG Technology in 2009 and beyond.
