Costain - sustainability strategy
Commissioned to review Costain’s social sustainability strategy for Building Awareness within the organisation, Lodestar carried out in-depth stakeholder consultation, communication audit and desk marketplace research for Costain several years ago when sustainability was a much newer area of commercial interest.
In order to develop the strategy, Lodestar consulted with internal and external stakeholders including employees, suppliers, clients and competitors together with a thorough communication audit of all the client’s relevant current published materials as well as some independent desk research into the current market opportunities for such a strategy.
Lodestar then reported back the findings and future recommendations to the management team at Costain.
