City of Edinburgh - stakeholder consultation
Working closely with the City’s Director of Economic Development, Lodestar developed stakeholder consultation work for the “String of Pearls” regeneration programme which aimed to review and develop the 10 blocks which span the length of Princes Street.
This work involved communication with a complex group of stakeholders who each had a vested interest and their own particular concerns for the City, its heritage and its future. This required diplomacy and careful management as well as openness and transparency, giving each group or individual the opportunity to comment or take part.
We then went on to conduct market research for investor/development opportunities for a single block which formed a high profile development within the City’s World Heritage site.
