Buying Force - marketing and communication strategy
We have been working with Buying Force since September 2010 to develop a marketing and communication strategy for this rapidly expanding company. Buying Force offer a bespoke procurement and supplier vetting service, and were looking for some strategic direction with their communications as they grew.
Lodestar ran a facilitated session with the Buying Force team to clarify the market position the company holds, and then carried out detailed stakeholder mapping in order to produce a market strategy that addressed the business development and account management needs of the organisation.
Following the initial session, Lodestar were then engaged to help implement the strategy, and are now working on a retained basis with Buying Force.
- Things we have achieved with them include:
- development of messaging from the strategy session for use in internal and external communications
- development of a business development strategy which we are starting to implement
- guidance for their electronic newsletter to make them externally facing
- refreshment of the website including a new structure and written the copy for it
- development of a comms plan around the release of the RICS service charge code including press releases and an event for September
- design and production of a flyer for use at events & sending out to clients
- development of supporting documents for the new supplier vetting accreditation scheme including a certificate, marque and associated usage guidelines
